Apartment is closed the Viva Mare pool, beach and market. Room has washer dryer machine. Mattress is comfortable. Apartment is placed in silent area. In balcony, there is a big table.

We booked the apt. 901-43 but when we check-in the owner told us the apt. 901-43 was busy and we had to stay in apt. 901-42. Over booking by other operator than booking.com might result this because the owner told us he was working with booking.com, airbnb... No picture of apt. 901-42 was listed on booking.com, also there was no swing in the balcony and no sea view. When we are booking, we prefered the Apt. 901-43 mainly as it had swing and ses view. Apt. 901-42 was dirty. We had to clear the room by myself just after check- in. There were several spiders and spider web were all around. There was an unplesent smell in the Apt. 901-42. On booking.com, apt. was listed as check-out between 12:00- 20:00 and we asked to chech-out at 20:00 by mesagge via booking.com. Owner replied us “It was mistake but we have free check-out between 12:00-20:00”. When we checked in, the owner told us we had to chech-out at 12:00. Also, the parking information provided on booking.com was not true. Actually, apatment has no private parking place also no public parking area. For this time, owner gave us a private parking area as gift. It was very confusing, I booked an apt. with parking area but when we checked-in parking area was given as gift to me
