Clean rooms with 2 effective air conditioners.
In the bathroom no towels, no soap, no shower gel, no hair dryer.
In the kitchen area no dishes (just 2 glases), no cutlery, no plates, no pots, no kitchen towels, no dish soap, no cooking plate, no water boiler, not even one complimentary bottle of water.
No Safe, no Netflix, no WiFi at all.
Balcony was dirty from birds.
At the beach no beach lounges, just a few chairs. But you get a sun umbrella.
Quite far away from Hua Hin. There are no open restaurants or any shops in the area. But you can use 7/11 delivery or Grab food.
Huge area, with huge (empty) parking places. The whole Condominium have more than 8.600 Condos. Visiting in September 22 we had the feeling, we and just a few more persons were the only guests there.
Not sure, if the owner is able to communicate in English, sending us information, where to pick up the keys just in Thai. (Was no problem, because of my girlfriend..)
