Welcome to the Orchard House & Cottage- uniquely designed for making memories with your group! Whether you’ve come to celebrate an important milestone or reunion with family or friends, we specialize in hosting memories that last a lifetime.
What makes this property special is all of the separate gathering spaces, it’s relative privacy, and it’s location (only a few blocks from lively 6th Avenue restaurants and shops and in the Historic North Slope District).
Our guests love the Chef’s kitchen with its professional 6-burner gas stove. Enjoy shared meals at our large dining table or on the outdoor patio. Want to barbecue? We have gas and charcoal grill options.
Enjoy the mature garden that shines in the Spring and Summer. You will love sitting by our Koi pond with waterfall (kids love to feed the fish!) and around the fire pit on warm evenings.
The game room/garage is perfect to spread out in, rain or shine. Enjoy spontaneous ping pong and foosball matches.
The separate cottage has its own bedroom, 3/4 bath, kitchen, and living room and is perfect for someone that wants more privacy and space.
Every bedroom of the house is designed to feel like boutique hotel luxury- quality mattresses, 100% cotton linens, and thoughtful decor touches throughout.

Our group had an amazing time here. The house was a perfect hangout for us to play board games and chill, while being walking distance from bars and restaurants. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a place to accommodate our large family and this was perfect.

We had a family reunion, and really liked the quiet “compound” feel of the place. Outdoor space is nice! There is one large and one small bedroom on the main floor — but home is older and stairs are steep. Attic “loft” would be great for kids but tight fit for adults. Additional privacy in cottage— is a plus. Unit is very well kept — and hosts are responsive.
