The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved alot about this rental. Very clean, hot tub, pool table, # of bedroom, great appliances. There are a few things that only just kept us from giving the full 5 stars. The house sleeps 16 but the couches and sitting areas were really uncomfortable and could only fit about 5.

This home was a great deal for the price. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for our multi-family vacation. We really enjoyed the billard table and the hot tub. The homes in this neighborhood are extremely close together, no yard, and no view of the lake. Our one major complaint was the lack of comfortable seating on the main floor, especially for those of us over the age of 30. The couch and kitchen chairs left us with sore backs and legs at the end of the day.

- when windy, the window downstair bedroom, next to the bunkbed room, was noisy
