Villa 430E is located in a perfect position on the North Finger of Jolly Harbor on the southwest coast of Antigua. Jolly Harbor offers one of the best yachting marinas in the Caribbean as well as a very safe gated residential village.
This is the ideal location if you want to simply enjoy the outside life with access to the quiet and beautiful North Beach within a few minutes' stroll.
The property is laid out with the master and guest bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms on the upper level and kitchen, living/dining guest 1/2 bathroom on the lower level. A balcony leads off the Master Bedroom, with views overlooking the water channel and sunset.
There is a covered patio on the lower level , with an awning.
The property is a short drive to all the amenities of Jolly Harbor, including a large supermarket, golf course, swimming pool, pharmacy, numerous restaurants, bars and gift shops, and a full service marina.

The location was excellent, access to a nearby grocery store and private beach. The unit was spacious, the. A/c worked, it was clean, and private.The only downsides involved some very worn out items, things not working, and not well stocked. In the kitchen. The stove - one of 3 stove burners was starting to smoke so we didn't use it, the oven glass door was really hot to the touch, and the rack would fall down so your hot food could land on you/ the floor. No oven mitts. I told the manager but he made it sound like it was something new, or maybe I caused it, at least thats how I recei ed his comments. Then he said he dropped by but I wasn't home, but he didn't actually make any arrangements with me. If you do plan on cooking here, also maybe be prepared to buy some needed items. A mixing bowl, a frying pan (the handle rotates!), a carrot peeler that isn't worn to dullness, etc. If you aren't cooking much, no problem! The patio chairs were brittle - we replaced one that cratered on us. All in all though, the price was really reasonable.

The villa was clean. Good location, nice and quiet. Close to the beach. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was nothing to cook with in the oven and we were advised to but disposable ones from the local grocery store.
