January - March there is a 3 month minimum.
Located in a central and quiet area of the park. Take a walk to the butterfly garden. Jump on a bike or walk to hit the pool, gym, restaurant, activity center or go fish in the lake. Golf Cart available for a small extra charge. Live music at the poolside bar most weekends! You can find a card playing group or play bingo most Thursday nights! A brand new mini-golf course was installed 2022. 20-30 minutes to Nokomis, Lido, Siesta Key or Venice Beautiful Beaches!

The unit was well appointed, clean and functional. Tracy was very responsive to our questions, a great host. The Sun Outdoors facility is very nice with lots of family activities.

This place was great! What a nice welcome we got and a perfect little beach cottage feel! So much to do! The Kids had a blast exploring the resort and lots of Adult fun as well. We were in a decent location and were able to see a lot of different places within hour or so. We were able to visit Clearwater/Tarpon Springs, Anne Maria island, John’s pass and Naples/Bonita Springs lovers key. We did explore a lot but we enjoy doing that sometimes so it was a good location close enough to everything. Beaches close enough also and our host left beach chairs and a small cooler that was sooo nice to have! We were blessed with everything we could of needed! Thanks again!!
