The Oaks #5 is a beautiful cabin located in the Mark Twain Forest. The Oaks is just a hop, skip and a jump to Table Rock Lake. This cabin has an open concept kitchen, dining room and living space with wood burning fireplace and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, range, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee and filters, toaster, dishes and utensils. On the main floor, is a king loft, 2 queen bedrooms and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the private basement, is a large common area with 2 queen beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Outside you will enjoy the beauty of Table Rock Lake on a large porch to sit and drink your morning coffee or by the New firepit in the evening. There is also a playground for the children to enjoy right behind the cabin.

The cabin is newly updated/renovated. Plenty of sleeping space - the lower level is great for kids or another family. Great porch area. Has basic kitchen items - may want to bring your own coffee maker (extremely slow). Close enough to Shell Knob for those store/ice runs. Unfortunately the listing is missing some key points. There is NO WiFi - the only available WiFi is at the pool. You cannot access this at the cabin. Cell service was spotty. There is no boat ramp and you cannot bring your boat/trailer to your cabin. There is a parking spot for boat trailers-not sure where the closest boat ramp is. Also, access to the boat dock/lake is VERY difficult! It's walking only, the path is well laid out but it's a very steep hill. Even someone in the best of shape would find it difficult. Once you get close to the dock it becomes tricky to actually make it there. There are some makeshift steps with a rope to hold onto. Once you get past that, a wooden plank awaits you to the bridge. Which is ok, but definitely needs some major repair. Branson attractions are going to be a good hour away. Overall nice cabin and area but some work is needed for lake access. PS the host were great with any assistance we needed.
