This adorable cabin is a must-stay for a small family or a group of friends looking for a true Up North MinneSOTA Vacation. This cabin is just steps away from the water with amazing views. 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a kids sleeping loft. Bathroom only contains shower, no tub. Includes a washer and dryer, all the kitchen amenities, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, and crock pot. All toiletries, bed linens, body, and hand towels are included with your stay. Relax on the lakeside deck with your morning coffee listening to the loons.

Rush Lake is part of the Otter Tail River Chain of Lakes which also includes Otter Tail, Big Pine, Little Pine, Deer, East Lost, and West Lost Lakes. Otter Tail Country is located two and a half hours from Minneapolis and St. Paul and is home to over 1,000 of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes and streams. The cabin itself while small is really nice. It wasn't really warm while we were there, the AC worked well. The lot is a nice lot with good flat ground by the lake and the shore is sand. We didn't use the washing machine, but the dryer was nice to have for wet clothes.
The issues I had with the place is that while it is sand bottom it was very weedy. The neighbors either pull weeds or have a weed roller. The owners didn't do any of that. So if you are planning on swimming at the cabin plan on cleaning up yourself. The issue with that there isn't really much for tools to do that. The other issue is that the dock pictured is not what is there. The dock there is half the size and has no L with a bench. It was really frustrating to deal with as the main things we rent cabins based on swimming and fishing.

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. The cabin met our needs and was very comfortable. The neighbor was very friendly and helpful when we had a boat issue.

We liked staying there, met actually owners there. They were doing yardwork when they got there. They were telling us alot of good information. We reached out to sota group with a question to owners. Never heard back
