The fully equipped kitchen features a deluxe gas range with a built-in griddle top and a double oven, ideal for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously. It is stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal at home, including a full dishware set, utensils, a knife set, drinking glasses, pots and pans, a toaster, baking dishes, mixing bowls, storage containers for leftovers, dish towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, a tea kettle, a basic set of cooking spices and oil, and more.

The expansive and light-filled dining room and kitchen island offer a comfortable space for guests to enjoy their meals and drinks after a day of exploring.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This house is equipped with three bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1: Features a king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a small dresser.
- Bedroom 2: Boasts a queen-sized bed with a 32in SMART TV, rotating fan and a luggage rack and
- Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed with a 32in SMART TV , fan and a luggage rack.
- The living room has a pull-out sofa that can accommodate a full-size sleeper, and bedding is provided.
- A pack-and-play is located in the master bedroom closet for infants and toddlers.
BATHROOMS
The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo, while the second bathroom features an easy-to-step-into shower.
OTHER AMENITIES
- High-speed internet is available, perfect for business travel, off-site team retreats, or streaming your favorite shows on personal devices.
- A washer and dryer are available in the basement for guests, and basic laundry supplies are provided.

This is a 5-star property, with a 5-star experience. We experienced a KC snowstorm during our stay and the property host provided on-demand service and went above and beyond by offering to let us park in the garage. The amenities and overall care from the host (Lucas) from the moment we booked our trip to our departure, will definitely bring us back to this property!

This house was wonderful. It's in a great location, near the freeway to get to places fast and also near many grocery stores, pharmacies and casual restaurants. The neighborhood where the house is located is quiet and calm with plenty of parking in the driveway. The house is well stocked with everything you could need, in fact, it might be one of the most stocked rental kitchens I have been in. The hosts were communicative and prompt to respond to questions and requests. This place felt very comfortable and inviting with lots of space for dinners at home or a movie night. We don't have children, but it seemed to have many safety things for kids - gates, plug covers, cabinet locks, all available for use - in fact, maybe I should've used one to slow down my access to our Christmas treats :). The hosts also asked if we would like a Christmas tree to be put up, which was very thoughtful and when we arrived it felt very festive to have a tree. It was winter so we didn't use the patio, but it looked like it would be great for a summer night around a fire pit with some wine or smores. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and stress-free stay in Independence.

We were in town for a Chiefs game and stayed here during our visit. It worked out perfectly! The house was very nice and in the perfect location. It was about a 20 minute drive or less to everywhere we wanted to go. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the home was very inviting. Our kids loved the card games and the big backyard. This home is located on a circle drove, so there was no traffic, and wad nice and quiet. Lucas, the host, was very friendly and helpful. He really made sure we enjoyed our stay. He even had a Christmas tree put up for our holiday visit. We will definitely be looking this place up for future visits to KC. We couldnt have been happier with our choice!

This property was PERFECT for our quick family of 8 weekend to KC for the Chiefs game. The main living area was comfortable for all of us to gather and the kitchen had nice pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. Often when we stay at places the kitchen equipment is old and lacking, not here. The beds were comfy and the bath towels plush. The bathrooms also provided plenty of basic products which was nice in case you forgot your own. We did not use the firepit or backyard much but perfect for space for gathering as well. The host, Lucas, was easy to work with and available immediately when we had an issue with the door lock. Even forgot our car key there and Lucas was quick it getting it mailed to us. Highly recommend this place.
