BEACH TOWNHOUSE --Pet Friendly <br>“Redfish”

Greetings Sandra. Dan and I checked out of your lovely and convenient beach house last weekend. We stayed for 4 weeks in March for our 2nd consecutive year. We love the quietness of the neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to the beach. It is close to all the amenities such as stores, restaurants, and the closeness to our son and his family in Ponte Vedra Beach. We also like the convenience to favorite restaurants in St. Augustine, Jax Beach as well as others We would certainly want to return in March of 2027. Let us know about availability, please. The updates to the property were noted and appreciated, such as the front yard Astro turf, new bedding in the bedrooms, etc. Hope to see you in 2027.Sue and Dan.

The house was an easy walk to the beach and in a quiet area. We enjoyed the fenced in area. It had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable so we are happy that we selected this home.

This house was exceptional! Location was great for beach access and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was setup perfectly for a relaxing stay that included our four-legged friends. The hosts have made this place beautiful inside and out! Loved sitting on the patio and the balcony.

A two block walk to the beach and a short walk or bike ride away from the restaurants and bars of both Neptune and Jacksonville beach. My dog loved the dog couch and I loved there was a rocking chair to relax in a night. Beds were very comfortable as well!!!
