The Space:
The perfect getaway awaits you in this beautiful condo. You'll find it's only steps from all of the fun things to do; beaches, activities, restaurants, and clubs! A kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, granite countertop and everything needed for preparing your favorite meals. The balcony overlooking the marina will be your favorite place to enjoy the view while sipping your favorite drink. Please consider that it may be noisy at night, especially because of the music from the bars below.
Entering the condo, there is a cozy indoor terrace with a sitting area. The sliding doors open to the Master Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds, overlooking the marina. This condo is complete with a dining table and a living room with a Smart TV where to you can watch your favorite programs.
This sleek and comfortable condo is one of the few located right in the marina, with access to the pool. The common area has sitting areas where you can relax or sunbathe. Make your stay even more unforgettable using our concierge service, which will provide anything needed during your visit to make sure that everything goes smoothly without any problems.

This property is best suited for night owls, music lovers, and those looking to be part of the action.
If you're seeking a peaceful, quiet escape, this might not be the right fit. But for adventurous travelers who want energy, entertainment, and unbeatable convenience, this is your spot!

The Neighborhood:
Cabo San Lucas is a small town, main activity concentrates around the Cabo San Lucas Marina, which leads to the famous Medano Beach, full of life, fun and restaurants and beach clubs for those looking to be in the action. The main strip is all about restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as local stores. Plaza Bonita is located in the plaza next to Puerto Paraiso Mall, just in the middle of both, the Marina/Beach and the strip.
Being in the Marina its just a few steps to go fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or just jogging around this beautiful area and in the evening get ready to walk around and enjoy fine dining and Cabo's night life.
Getting Around:
Being located just downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noise, especially for noise-sensitive guests, because it is right above one of the most popular bars in Cabo, The Nowhere Bar
Other Things to Note:
The condo has a great location and is right next to some of the best clubs in town, so please consider that it could be noisy at night, especially because it is right above one of the most popular bars in Cabo, The Nowhere Bar
Also please consider there's construction noise next door during the day from 9 am to 5 pm

Remember this property is Dog-Friendly 🐶 (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $100 USD cleaning fee will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Really enjoyed our stay. View of the marina area lovely. Great pool area. Location awesome and we walked everywhere....groceries, restaurants, and bars. Only downside was the noise from the bar below....but we were prepared!

This is the place for you. You will be in the middle of everything at this place. And the noise comes with it. ; )

People with luggage and coolers cannot use the elevator for some reason the pool only stays open till 10:00 need to do something with the pigeons and the pigeon poop in the pool also need to understand that the room is above a bar that does not close till 3:00 the condo was very clean and prepared and the location is great a.m
