Host was quick to respond. Home was clean with very comfortable sitting in living area with large screen tv. Very open main area with bedrooms on each side. Kitchen sink overlooked the pool area outside, which was nice..Beautiful trees and flowering shrubbery all around the home.

Anita and Nick were exceptional hosts. Not only were they quickly responsive to several questions we had during our stay, they went totally out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and fully able to enjoy our vacation. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and I mean it when i say these folks are exceptional. 10/10 will book again.

Has *everything* you'd need and beautiful private landscaping surrounding the backyard. They even had a little owl. We had trouble with the dishwasher and they came immediately to fix it. Had a wonderful time!

We had a good visit to the Sarasota/siesta Key area. The property is close in proximity to many beaches. While on a very busy road, the house did feel private in nature with the vegetation around the property.
The layout of the property was great, however, the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. While there is a very small sofa in the living area that is not comfortable, this is not nearly enough furniture for a living area in a VRBO that accommodates 6. Additionally, each bed is not comfortable and is very low to the ground.
On the upside, the property manger was very responsive and fixed the items in a very timely fashion following our arrival (broken bed frame, no kitchen towels, no sink plug to do dishes.).
