Brand new 6000 sq ft estate on the private Schaffer's Mill Golf Course. The home sits on the 15th green of a stunning double fairway with a 270 degree view of the surrounding golf course, which in the wintertime yields beautiful snow capped vistas!

It boasts four separate outdoor furnished living spaces, all of which include TV's and fireplaces and two with radiant ceiling heaters for the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The outdoor living space off the kitchen has dining for eight, including see-through fireplace, big screen TV, and BBQ. The upstairs 800 sq ft outdoor entertainment area includes a beautiful view of the golf course with heated floors, see-through fireplace, radiant ceiling heating, big screen TV, oversized plush lounge seating and ping pong table.
Of the four outdoor spaces one is very unique in having a private over-sized jacuzzi for 8 in it's own foresty enclave with TV and fireplace. It should be noted that of all the rental homes in Schaffer's Mill, this house is the only one with full hydronics (heated surfaces) throughout all outdoor patios including the entire driveway so you can enjoy all outdoor areas even in the dead of winter without the worry and inconvienence of slipping/falling on ice as you are enjoying those winter days and nights!
Each of the three master bedrooms has it's own TV, fireplace, and seating for relaxation.
For the kids there is a massive bunk room with six queen beds, private bathroom, and a 75-inch TV/gaming area. There is also one stand-alone bunk room with 4 twin beds immediately adjacent to Master #1 if the parents desire closer proximity for their kids.
The grand living room has two sets of leather reclining sofas for movie nights in luxurious comfort! Off the great room there is a separate pool parlor with it's own TV and bar table.
The formal dining room seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Thermador appliances. For convenience there is also an upstairs mini-bar with small refrigerator and coffee pot.
Also for those who need to stay in touch with their business, there is a beautifully appointed private upstairs office with incredible views and amenities including monitor TV and printer.
The laundry room comes fully equipped with washer/dryer, wash sink, dog shower as needed, and counter space and storage for ski gear. This room has it's own separate entrance at the back of the house for easy pet access.
