About this apartment rental

Adorable condo convenient to the end of the boardwalk tram, restaurants and Jolly Rogers Park but yet quiet area for relaxing on the deck overlooking the canal. Boat slip available upon request. Beautiful quiet area.

Great time, great location and great place!!! Check in super easy. Got in a few hours early. Clean and super nice. Very quiet area as it appeared OC was not super crowded. Place had lots of amenities cookware and any other items we needed such as cups ice bags, beach stuff etc. Would recommend this place and when we return, we will try to make this our first pick if available. Also, a nice little back deck that you can sit and watch some boats in the canal very peaceful.

The house was very nice. Location is good. Was charged a cleaning fee but there are instructions on the fridge about cleaning the place and it was evident that it wasn't professionally cleaned before we arrived. Of course we left it clean when we left, but I don't think I should have been charged a cleaning fee when we were expected to clean it ourselves.
