We have finally re-opened!
After 2 hurricanes in 2024, we have completely renovated every unit.
Everything is new again in this 1955 Historic Inn on Charlotte Harbor.
The units are a cozy 325 sq. ft. with a living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a full kitchenette.
The Sunset Inn is located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort.
The sunsets are stunning!

Really nice unit a stones throw away from the water and 3 minute drive over bridge to Punta Gorda. Comfortable bed and very good ac. We’ll go back next Feb!

Stayed here for 3 weeks in January, down to visit our son and go to various places in the area. Great location, clean, quiet, close to a nice park across the street by the water that had long walking paths/sidewalks and a shelter at the far end where we discovered people would get together and play music. Loved the 50s themed microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. The unit was a little small, but perfect for the two of us and it had everything we needed for our stay. Just across the bridge to Punta Gorda was a favorite place, Fisherman's Village.

The property was recently updated, well taken care of, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing with an easy cross of a street to the water and a park. We will recommend this property to others and if we find ourselves in the area we will be staying here again!
