Parking is extremely limited given the dense urban environment, so we highly recommend using a ride share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first come basis and available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets.

Accommodations are awesome. Neighborhood crime rate seems to be a little higher than most areas. But this was made up for by all the great places to eat within walking distance.

My husband and I planned a quick weekend getaway and had a great time. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect and close to small shops, great food, and of course some enjoyable bar options. The outside shared area was a lot of fun and we made some new friends. We will definitely plan another trip and stay again.
