Guests need to bring their own linens and pillowcases or rent from a rental company that will deliver to the house! Baby gears can also be rented and delivered to the home!

Beaches: Beach badges are required for access to all beaches. Full season badges are $60; weekly badges are $35. For people 62 years old or over, a beach badge is only $15. Daily badges are $9. Flora was a dream host. This house was bigger than pictured and very clean. It's also very close to restaurants, parks, and supermarkets. The house was stocked with kitchen appliances and cleaning supplies. The backyard was our favorite part as we have 2 kids and they loved how big it was. Flora also was more than happy to share all of her food and fun recommendations with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Visited NJ for my family reunion. My brother, his wife, their 3 children, ages 1, 9, & 18, and myself traveled from Northern Maine and it was more convenient and efficient to rent a house while there, especially with an active toddler. The house we rented was beautiful, clean, and big enough for all of us. I definitely would recommend staying here. It is conveniently located near plenty of stores as well!

This place has some positives. Quiet. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The shower in the bathroom was terrific. The place was kept quite clean. Big backyard with a grill and a deck. Other considerations: the wifi name given us was incorrect so we took a few hours sorting that out. Recommend including a binder that has critical information for those who stay there. Although the house had 4 bedrooms, only 3 are available for use (as advertised) as the master bedroom and master bath was locked. So in our case, we had 6 adults for one full bathroom, plus a 1/2 bath downstairs. Sheets were not available, but full towels were. Kitchens and bathrooms had paper towels vice hand towels. Beds were fair, and some supports under the beds were not properly attached to the bed frames. Some blankets, but mostly bed spreads. The interior could use a spackle/paint job. Overall, a decent place to stay.
