Recently renovated and designed as a luxurious all-suite residence, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath penthouse combines refined interiors with unbeatable slope-side convenience.
The open-concept living area showcases modern alpine elegance with European white oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, curated artwork, and a striking gas fireplace. Gather for après-ski in the stylish bar area featuring wine and beverage fridges and an ice maker, or relax with the 75” TV, queen sleeper sofa, and remote-controlled blackout curtains.

The sleek contemporary kitchen is beautifully appointed with a full suite of premium appliances, complemented by an elegant dining table that seats 10—perfect for family meals or entertaining.

Each bedroom is a private retreat with a smart TV and humidifier. Two primary suites feature king beds and spa-like en-suite baths, one with a gas fireplace. Two additional king bedrooms each include en-suite baths, while the fifth bedroom offers twin-over-twin bunk beds with its own en-suite. A half bath adds convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location of the condo was fantastic. It was in the village and close to the lift. The mountain had enough terrain for all levels of skiing. The only issue was the electrical in the building. We kept tripping breakers in the main room and bathrooms. After checking prices at other condos, I believe this condo was overpriced by about 4,000. We enjoyed our stay and Park City was wonderful.

This was absolutely the most beautiful and accommodating place for our family to come celebrate the wedding of our family friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was beautiful and in five star condition.Unfortunately, in spite of receiving confirmation in writing from property manager this was truly a ski out location it was not. After arrival we learned the “ski-out” lift has not operated in years, per the property staff. I feel mislead and taken advantage of. The management company indicated they understood my frustration and apologized, and “would make a note”, but have yet to take any tangible action to rectify their misleading property description.
