LF1157 Champions Gate Condo 3Bedrooms 2Bathrooms Free Waterpark

The property was excellent. Great location, very clean, ample space, pool close by. My complaint would be with the mangagement company. Here are the issues: 1) I was given a specific address in Kissimmee.The problem is that every time I entered that address in google maps, it changed it to a Davenport address. I emailed the mgmt company to ask for clarification. They didn't respond so I called. The woman I spoke to insisted that the Kissimme address was correct and told me, in a very condescending tone - "everyone else that rented that condo has found it". If someone would actually google this, they would see that something is wrong. 2) I received an email from the mgmt company a few days before our arrival asking for the names of the adults in our partry. I replied immediately with the names. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the front gate, security did NOT have our names. We not permitted to enter and had to turn around. At this point, I called the mgmt company. Again, they questioned me as if I messed up. They finally realized that I did send the names, and rectified the problem, but we had to get back into a line of cars. 3) Also irritating is that they sent me an email from their concierge asking me if I had any questions. I sent them an email asking about golf in the area, but they never responded. In short - great condo, lousy management.

We stayed for 7 days at this new Champions Gate condo. Plenty of space. Very clean. Only a few downfalls: 1. Lots of stairs to carry luggage up and down. 2. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. 3. Only one extra trash bag provided. 4. Only one packet of dishwasher detergent provided. 5. No fans in bedrooms. It gets hot and air from A/C doesn’t move much. The neighborhood pool is nice but CROWDED ALL THE TIME. Could not ever get a place to sit. They are building a new pool area right by this unit but it looks too small considering the amount of homes/rentals. Lines get long entering in this gated community. Everyone scans a QR code to get in….but seemed to not work the majority of the time- so had to have the attendant open gate for us. Definitely a great place. Very clean. Great location.

The property was very spacious and clean. Communicate with the host was very professional and the response time was in a timely manner. The only con was the tips on the pool sticks was missing so we couldn’t enjoy the pool table. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the property and will gladly book again

Clean and ready. No broom, vacuum or a mop. Responded with a vacuum. No clothes hangers. Needed to spend 50 at dollar store to make this condo habitable for 7 weeks. Beware that the process the property manager uses for pre-checking in guests does not work. The online method does not issue a reply; therefore, they are not cleared for entry at the gatehouse. Customer service insists they are checked in, when asked to confirm it they find they were incorrect.
