The bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, including a primary suite with a private vanity, en suite bathroom, generous closet space, and a TV for your late-night viewing.
The Sanctuary community offers exceptional on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. The condo is very large and spacious. The furniture is nice and lots of decorative details. The kitchen has everything you need! The balcony was filthy and desperately needed swept to get the bugs and spiders off of it. There were SO many. This is the first beach home we rented that did not have chairs available for the beach. That would have been helpful. The main bathroom has a broken shower sprayer that based on previous reviews, happened in 2023 and still has yet to be fixed. You need to basically hold the sprayer in one hand while trying to bathe with the other. It is such a simple fix that would be very inexpensive for the owner to address. Overall we liked it, but the garage was by far our worst part about it. It needs stated in the ad that if you have a large truck or SUV you will not easily, if at all, fit into the extremely tight space in the parking garage. And while we found a space outside, that is limited to first come first serve with a very small amount of spaces available. The Mexican restaurant on the first level was very good as well as Baja across the street. For a complex this size, there should be more stations leaving the beach to wash off. There were two working ones, not nearly enough for a place this large. Overall it was nice.

This unit very well stocked. Not having assess to pool and pool deck was a major negative for our family. We did note some folks were able to access and not sure why we could not. An available wagon would be a great addition for guest to use during their stay.

Sandbridge Beach is nice, restful, and perhaps a little remote in comparison to Virginia Beach proper. The complex is a convenient short walk to the beach (within a few hundred yards) and has a nice Mexican restaurant onsite (Jose Tequilia). It has 3 pools onsite (one of them beach front), although portions of the common grounds are a little run down and public restrooms are difficult to find. The buildings use key cards to enter, but most of the time the readers don't work so you need to rely on other people exiting the building to get in or hope someone left the door propped open. I don't think it was an issue with our HID cards getting "demagnetized" as everyone seemed to be having issues. There is a parking garage under your building, but make sure you know ahead of time where your assigned numbered spot is located - spots are arranged for convenience to your room's elevator instead of being in numerical order. Our unit was a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath with nice balcony. The unit was in need of a few repairs (for example, the shower in the 2nd bathroom didn't work properly) but all of the major appliances and A/C were fine. The floors in the unit didn't appear to have been cleaned (our feet were black after walking on the floor barefoot for a few minutes) and the balcony floor/furniture should have been cleaned (looked like the unit might have been vacant for a few weeks).
