Magnificent apartment of 70 m² bathed in light with an exceptional view of the bay of Calvi and its citadel.
The accommodations are on 2 levels connected by an internal staircase of about ten steps.
Level 1:
The living room is very spacious with high ceilings and opens onto a large terrace of 45 m². It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, kettle ...), a high dining table with its seats, a living room with 2 sofas, one of which can be converted for 2 people and a television. On this level, WC and sink.
The terrace with external awnings has a dining area for 6 people with very comfortable seating and a lounge area + 2 sunbeds.
Level 2:
The sleeping area includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.
Bedroom 1 : Bed 160X200 - Closet and wardrobe - Bathroom with shower and toilet, window with view of the maquis
Bedroom 2: Bed 160X200 - Closet and wardrobe - Bathroom with shower and toilet, interior window overlooking the hallway.
In addition, the apartment has a parking space and a private room with washing machine, and where bicycles can be stored.
A 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the beach, amenities and Calvi town centre.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 euros will be requested upon arrival.
Linen (sheets, towels and shower mats, beach towels) is optional (30 euros per bed).
