About this villa rental

A short distance from skiing, hiking trails, and more, this smoke-free villa lets you experience it all. Dolomites is within an easy 8-minute walk and Bressanone Christmas Market is also a quick 8-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking.

After you return to this 2583-sq-ft villa, unwind in the hot tub or sip a drink in the garden, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom rental features a living room, a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. We had a great stay in Brixen. Everything was perfect from the communication with the owner to the arrival and the house itself. It has a lot a space, great views and light and really nice interior. We really enjoyed our stay there and can’t wait to be back!

This is probably the nicest holiday rental we have ever stayed in! It’s modern, spacious, with great appliances and a beautiful view of Brixen. We came for a ski trip using the Dolomiti Superski Pass. We skied at Gar Valdena a few days (about 40 minutes away), but our favorite was the PLOSE mountain, just 15 minutes from the house - long, wide slopes. The jacuzzi after skiing was a big plus. There are also ski boot heaters, which we used also to heat our gloves. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. It’s amazing value and the hosts are also very nice!
