A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 18-minute drive to Štinjan Beach or the 17-minute drive to Pula Ferry Terminal.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 969-sq-ft vacation home, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, stereo, and DVD player.

A living room, a BBQ grill, a safe, and air conditioning are featured at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

We stayed in August/September 2024 for 2 weeks in this beautiful holiday home. This is located in a place where several holiday homes are located. Pula is 20 minutes away / Rovinj about 30-40 minutes by car. In Fazana there is a very nice narrow pebble beach (water shoes are necessary, however) with a beach bar. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. We were warmly welcomed by the very nice landlords On arrival was a fruit basket and a bottle of apple juice ready for us. The house is modern and brightly furnished. The air conditioning is top.We enjoyed the refreshingly cold pool and outdoor shower on a daily basis, which has the luxury of hot and cold water. Even an air mattress and outdoor toys are provided. We were thrilled that there are mosquito nets on all windows (except in front of the patio door). We have recovered very well and will definitely spend a second time our holidays in this house

Das Ferienhaus war ein echter Glücksgriff. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt es war super sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Kinder haben das Trampolin und den Pool geliebt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.
