About this house rental
Back Bay is right around the corner in this beautifully renovated seven-bedroom canal front property in Kaleb's Sandcastle. Head to the beach or enjoy this waterfront vacation home with wrap-around decks that offer shade for those that want to watch the day go by or keep an eye on the activity in the new private pool. Hang out on the boat dock for fishing, crabbing, or launching your favorite watercraft. The great room is full of light and the kitchen offers multiple sitting areas at mealtime. The kids can sit at the breakfast bar to enjoy a snack or keep the family chef company while cooking. The ground level second living area is right off the large screened porch that leads to the backyard and deep water soaker tub.

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner.
All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Great access to the beach with just a short walk. Loved the water in the back. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for family of 10. Large enough kitchen and dinning area to gather. Wished it was a little cleaner. Still, a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was spacious and perfect for separation between the older and younger family members. The pool was the best part. Great views in front and back of the house!

The home works well for larger groups. There are 2 living room areas, a finished basement, garage pool table and outdoor fire pit. Perfect space for our large group

When we arrived, the house was not clean. The Rec Room (garage) was dirty as was the sunroom. There were spiders all over the house. The sunroom had spider webs all over it that we had to knock down. The pool wasn't clean. The only positive is that management responded right away and apologized after which they sent someone to clean up the mess and also sent a exterminator for the spiders. But after killing so many spiders it was hard for my granddaughters to ever really relax. There are no extra towels, just one face towel and hand towel per person. There isn't much to do in the area except go to the beach or drive 21 miles to Virgina Beach where most of the restaurants are. If you just want to get away and avoid the crowd, then this area is for you. The house could be really nice with a little TLC.
