Definitely recommendable

It was nicely furnished - no unnecessary items. The cutlery and kitchen utensils were of good quality. The rooms, temperature and bedding etc were great. The staff was responsive, helpful and super friendly

Very modern, stunning view, perfect place to stay!

We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone! We had a large apartment, and it was perfectly designed and furnished — everything was beautifully and modernly arranged, spacious, and well laid out. Even the bunk bed was very safe and comfortable. We received clear and helpful instructions for the self check-in and everything else we might need. The parking space was great, even for a large car. We were absolutely thrilled by the terrace — its size and the stunning view. Overall, we really liked the whole village of Brand, which now even has a supermarket, so you have everything you need. Of course, we highly recommend a trip to Lünersee.

Neighbors smoking on the adjacent balcony with the smoke coming into our windows 24/7 But of course, this is not the mistake of the hotel.

Good place not sure to come again ..

The village (Brand) is really nice and has a pleasant atmosphere during summer. You have to prepare well for greceosry very well as everything gets closed by 6 PM. There are good restaurants in the village. Lovely people and community. The apartment is clean and the complex has a Sauna open daily from 3 - 9 PM.

The check-in was really good at all. For whatever reason, I didn't recall receiving an email before arrival on the check-in code and had to call the property manager and get the code. The main door of the building can be pushed and opened without a code and that violates security, especially since the apartment is at the end of the village.

Beautiful views, tranquil and peaceful location. Apartment was clean and modern, well equipped kitchen. Large balcony with amazing views of the mountains. So quiet , only can hear the birds and stream nearby .

The gear locker was a bit small could barley fit 4 snowboards. And we where a bit bummed out that the boot dryer didn't dry our boots, they didn't heat up enough.

the room and the kitchen is very well equipped, but lack of simple things like: salt, oil, additional garbage bags, floor cloth make the stay less comfortable . I didn’t find reception office and didn’t meet the hotel staff. I also had to pay 90+ euro by IBAN transfer and asked to pay the bank fee.

Schöne Zeit in einem tollen Apartment, das wir aber erstmal selber reinigen mussten

Großzügiges Appartement, gute Raumeinteiling, gut ausgestattet Küche. SPA ist schön eingerichtet und entspannt nach einem intensiven Skitag. Wäscheraum im Keller sehr hilfreich, ist mit Trockner und Waschmaschine ausgestattet

Apartment war leider nicht gut geputzt, unter Betten und Schränken ist überall Staub. Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und Geschirr war teilweise nicht dreckig von den Vormietern. Staubsauger im Apartment funktioniert nicht richtig. Als wir ankamen waren im Flur vor dem Apartment überall getretene Kekse, nach 7 Tagen war der Teppich immer noch dreckig. Personal ist super nett, aber leider wird wenig auf Reinigung und Hygiene geachtet.

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir behalten unsere Ferien sehr positiv in Erinnerung!

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben sogar an Kleinigkeiten gedacht, wie etwa Salz & Pfeffer, Backpapier, Kaffeekapseln, Schwamm & Bürste.... der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Leider war keine Reception vorhanden, es gibt nur eine Telefonnummer. Wir haben zweimal probiert anzurufen, aber es kam nur das Band mit einer Ansage und danach hat es ins Leere geläutet. Wir haben ein Mail geschrieben um unsere Fragen zu stellen. Wir wurden informiert, dass wir bei einem Anliegen die Notfallnummer wählen sollten. Das wussten wir nicht, schien uns auch ein wenig befremdlich. Wir wollten keinen Notruf absetzen um mitzuteilen, dass das Licht im Korridor nicht funktionierte. Hier wäre noch Verbesserungspotential. Möglicherweise wäre es sinnvoll, wenn es im Gebäude ein Telefon gäbe. Wenn man nämlich kein Handy dabei hat, oder es gerade nicht funktioniert, ist man aufgeschmissen. In der Küche haben wir ein Schneidebrett vermisst, das wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Die Türöffnung zur Wohnung mittels Code hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet, die Knöpfe sind so klein und sie haben nicht immer reagiert. Wir hatten beim Verlassen der Wohnung immer ein mulmiges Gefühl, dass wir eventuell nicht mehr rein kommen könnten und wenn man kein Handy mitnimmt ( z.B. beim Wellnessen ), kann man auch niemanden kontaktieren, falls mal was nicht klappt. Wir verstehen, dass es einfacher ist, wenn kein physisches Personal anwesend sein muss, dies war jetzt auch unsere erste Erfahrung dieser Art. Wir sind vielleicht etwas zu altmodisch, aber irgendwie fühlt es sich doch besser an einen "Empfang" resp. eine "Anlaufstelle" zu haben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, mit einer Ausstattung, die unseren Ansprüchen gerecht geworden ist. Zudem war sie idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.

leuk voor een week met mijn gezin maar zou het niet weer boeken.

Locatie was prima maar het was echt een heel duur appartement voor wat je kreeg. Kleine woonkamer, grote slaapkamers dat was fijn maar voor dit geld verwacht je wel dat alles top is. Leuk dat er een ruime plek buiten is waar we herten gezien hebben. Brand is een leuk dorp. Heel erg druk in de ochtend door al het verkeerd wat naar de Lunersee wil

Indeling keuken, koelkast op een onhandige plek, met een muurtje ervoor. Er waren glazen tekort, gordijn zat niet goed in de rails, vlekken op de muur, onduidelijke aanwijzingen in je appartement over schoonmaken (er was nl helemaal geen schoonmaak tussendoor maar als je ging uitchecken moest je een kaart aan je deur hangen om aan te geven dat ze konden schoonmaken) nu leek het alsof je kon vragen om een tussendoor schoonmaak. heel onduidelijk allemaal. Ook de sauna gaat pas tussen 3 en 4 open maar waar staat die info. wij hebben dit van tevoren nergens terug kunnen lezen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ++++

TOP Lage, unmittelbar gegenüber der Palüdbahn/der Skibushaltestelle und des Skiverleih (Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend)

Die Talabfahrt Palüd zum Brandnerhus macht mit einem Hinweisschild "Nur für Geübte" zu Beginn aufmerksam, daß der begeisterte Skifahrer nach einer schönen Abfahrt eine letzte schwarze Herausforderung meistern muss, bevor er glücklich und gesund letztlich die Ski abschnallen kann. Der Weg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist lang - erst in Bregenz wieder. Aber das weiß man vorher mit einem Blick in google Maps. Man mußte teils sehr geduldig sein, bis warmes Wasser aus der Leitung kam. Ein spontanes und unkompliziertes Gespräch mit dem freundlichen Vermieter brachte Klärung: "Laufen lassen, wir haben Wasser genug." Aber bei den akkumulierten Mengen in einer Woche verkrampft sich in mir immer noch alles.

Es war ideal für einen Familienurlaub!

Die Zimmer sind sehr überlegt eingerichtet und komfortabel gestaltet. Die Küche ist mit allem Wünschenswerten ausgestattet. Es gibt überall genügend Möglichkeiten, seine Sachen zu verstauen. Der Spabereich ist phänomenal!

Da wir häufig zwischen den verschiedenen Apartments unterwegs waren, hätten wir es gut gefunden, wenn die Flume geschlossen und warm wären.

Super nah zur Bergbahn, top Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht.

Leider wird in Brand kein Brötchenservice angeboten, die Entfernung zum Bäcker ist morgens zu Fuß zu weit. Und man muss mit dem Auto fahren.

Herrvorragender Bergurlaub für Schneebegeisterte Familie

Die Lage war besonders erfreulich, gleich an der Piste. Blick auf die Berge und sehr ruhig gelegen, da am Ende von Brand. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Loipe und ein Schneeweg, sowie auch die Schlittenpiste. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet hat alles was man benötigt, auch zum kochen ist alles da. Mit Überraschung nicht nur Sauna sondern auch ein Dampfbad.
