It is on a great location.
The apartment needed repair and was dirty . The floor felt sticky when u walk barefoot. This property looked expensive yet we preferred it for jacuzzi but it too had fungi/biofilm coming out of its nozzles making it impossible to use. All in all , cleanliness was a real issue. Zoom it and Look closely in the pics, you will find the filth that came out of the nozzles resting on the jacuzzi floor.
