    It was a comfortable stay in the Hotel with friendly staff making it enjoyable. The location is one of the prominent one in the much sought out area in T. Nagar which is adjacent to the big market Pondy Bazaar.

    We came early at 9am however the staffs very kind able to let us at 10:30am.very helfull staff....room decent and clean our room as per our expectations...will come back here again the location oso nearby to pondy bazaar. We really hv a pleasant stay here...thanks to all the staffs...

    I had an average stay at this hotel. The main reason I booked it was its excellent location, which is definitely the biggest advantage. However, my overall experience was disappointing. On the first day, I was given a room that did not look anything like the Deluxe Double Room shown in the website photos. The actual room was much smaller and did not match the expectations set by the listing. After I requested a room change, I was informed that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly. I reported the issue the next day, and the hotel finally provided another room. Unfortunately, my family and I had to pack all our luggage and move to the new room ourselves. None of the hotel staff offered any assistance with shifting our luggage, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel. The rooms themselves are very average and do not justify the expectations created by the online photos. The only thing I truly liked was the hotel’s location. The biggest concern, however, is the underground parking. The entrance and exit are extremely difficult to navigate and can easily scrape or damage a car. I had a very hard time parking and bringing my car back out. The hotel should seriously address this issue before more guests’ vehicles are damaged. Overall, I would describe my stay as average. While the location is excellent, the room quality, service, and parking experience left much to be desired. This will likely be my last stay at this hotel, and for my future visits I would prefer to book one of the many better hotels nearby. I would recommend that others consider alternative options in the area.
