Apt TR - with pool and parking

The location was perfect for my month long stay. Very walkable to the beach area, restaurants and grocery store. The rooms are large and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Nice balcony.

This was an unexpected situation that was not the property management's fault. There was a situation with someone breaking a key in the door to get out of the property. It took too much time to get the garage door opener from the property management company. There was a new key available for them to pick up from the building admin, which would have been preferable. I had to go into the dark garage on foot, around the second corner, waving my arms around like crazy person to get the light in the area to turn on. I recommend asking for the gargage door opener even if you don't have a car, just in case someone ruins the street door to get in and out of the property. Having to enter the building this way kept me from going out as often as I would have liked.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, very modern, cool in the hot weather (air con was available but hardly used). The location was brilliant, just 5 mins walk from Armacao de Pera and 2 mins from the Continente Supermarket. There is a really nice Portuguese Cafe (Toscana) 1 min away that serves very good food!

Just a couple of small points, there was no welcome pack, other places usually leave small things like a bottle of water, sometimes a bottle of wine, coffee, milk, biscuits. Also, there were only (2) sunbeds next to the pool which would not be adequate in the summer season. It could be that the owner has sunbeds locked away but they were not offered to me? However, a great stay, I would definitely book it again in the future.

Very cozy apartment. Great location. Very close to the beach and supermarkets. A great benefit was the underground car park and ground floor swimming pool which the children loved it.
