Overall great place to stay. Room was clean. Air conditioning malfunctioned but was addressed by the Host next day. Lake view was obstructed but accessible.

We really enjoyed our time at Birch Point Resort. We were able to sit on the dock and watch the sunset and there were a lot of bars/restaurants within 10 minutes of the resort.

The setting was quite pleasant. Porch was dirty. Bathroom light likely has a short circuit. Unable to use TV. May be due to my poor technical skills. Porch and deck rather poor shape. Needed larger packet of coffee and more creamers. Couldn’t open bathroom window. Not worth the charged. 100 would have been fair. Won’t recommend. Sorry as friend here from The Netherlands was not impressed!!!
