About this house rental
After 5+ years and 70- 10/10 ratings, we have built a new duplex right next door on pristine property that is now available to rent! Choose one or both sides of the new build for your family vacation! See listing no. 5270547 or 5270456.
This unit is closing for renters but here is what we are known for... Built in 2022, this new lake home is perfect for every season. It is a townhome attached only at the garage with no shared walls. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house on beautiful Beaver Dam Lake is perfect to enjoy fishing, water sports, boating, trail/ATV riding, star gazing, fall colors, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and more. There is a private PICKLEBALL court on the property! We also have an 18 foot, 9 passenger pontoon boat with LilyPad floating mat available to rent!
The beautifully appointed home includes an eat-in kitchen, gas fireplace, cozy living and dining area, rec/game room, walkout private deck with space for dining or lounging, separate fenced yard, private dock, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The lake view is stunning from the living area which has vaulted wood ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sunrise is amazing at this place!
The master bed/bath with TV is on the main floor. There is another full bath with shower on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower upstairs.
The rec/game room is perfect for adults and kids with games (air hockey, darts, mini basketball shoot, and roller ball), TV, chalk board, and lounging space.
It's only a 5 minute walk to charming downtown Cumberland, which has many restaurants and shops. Fish or canoe/kayaks/paddle boat from the property's dock or bring your own boat and launch it right next door at the public boat landing. Included are a paddleboat, kayaks, and canoe to use. The lot is level to the water and dock. Enjoy the fire pit in comfy Adirondack chairs near the shore. A Weber 3-burner gas grill is on the outdoor patio/deck.
This rental is dog friendly, and we allow two dogs per rental, up to 50 lb. each (inquire with owners if you aren't sure about dog size).
We prefer 5-7 day rentals during the summer peak season but contact us with your needs!
Also, ask us about 2 person reduced rental rates during non-peak seasons. We can be flexible so please ask what you need.
The owners are local, so any issues will be resolved quickly. Let us know via this VRBO app if interested in renting the pontoon boat.
Surveillance Notice: We have one Ring security doorbell/camera with video and audio aimed at the driveway. It is near the trash cans.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lake Daze! It’s the perfect place for multi-generational family gatherings. It’s also a bonus that we were able to bring our small dog! The property is incredibly spacious, inviting and clean. The 3 full bathrooms were extremely accommodating, given our group consisted of 3 teenage girls. The large windows in the living room bring in a ton of sunshine and warmth and have a great view of the lake. The deck is an ideal place to sit in the morning with coffee or to read a book.We loved taking the canoe out to explore the lake. The game room was a big hit with the teens and adults. We had one rainy day and were thoroughly entertained by all the games provided. Nancy and Phil are wonderful hosts. The property has everything you could possibly want to be able to enjoy your time.

We are a family of 6 and have been to more than a handful of VRBOs just out of necessity when traveling. We have never had a bad experience but this stay was by far our best. The hosts were fantastic! CLEAN would be an understatement. Everything we needed was there. The house was basically brand new and felt that way too. Hosts took the time to really think out the extras and the little details of care are all over the place when you are looking for them. We have family in the area and will definitely be there again. Thanks again, Phil and Nancy!
