About this villa rental
Welcome to Magic Disney Memory, our luxurious vacation home located right in the middle of all the Central Florida magic. Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a 40 seat private movie theater (you pick the movie), exercise center, arcade, billiards, ping pong table, lagoon-style zero-entry pool with water slides, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds.
**Waterpark will be closed from January 5 through February 14, 2026 for scheduled seasonal maintenance**
Our home has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms-sleeps 10. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, making it the perfect choice for those travelers who prefer 1st floor living.
★ Heated Saltwater Chlorine Pool & Spa w/ color changing lights and color changing string lights. Note: A saltwater generator works by converting dissolved salt, or sodium chloride, into chlorine through a process called electrolysis. This produces chlorine in the form of sodium hypochlorite and hypochlorous acid, which are capable of neutralizing bacteria and algae just as effectively as chlorine additives. As a result, you’re left with water that’s as clean and sanitary as a traditional chlorinated pool. At the same time, you enjoy lower levels of chloramines known to cause skin and eye irritation and that unpleasant “chlorine” smell.

These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.
This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
Cleaning fee applies and mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. Additional trash compactors are located in the complex if needed.
Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience.
**Minimum 3 days lead time to check in for new bookings, less than 3 days will be on a case by case basis with approval at the discretion of the host, all bookings confirmed less than 3 days lead time will require an identification submitted of the guest on the payment method.**
**Parents and guardians are responsible at all times for the supervision of children in the pool area.**

We stayed in Magic Disney Memory Villa in August this year. We loved our stay and found the villa to be well maintained compared to previous villas we have stayed at.
Ron was always available when messaged when I had questions and sorted any issues we had quickly.
We loved the games room and I enjoyed thrashing everyone at pool!
The pool is a good size although could do with less chairs and more beds as our kids are teen girls and they like sunbathing!
Windsor hills is THE best location to stay if you’re visiting Disney.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the ESPN WWOS complex. Property is very convenient for all of the Disney amenities. Ron was an excellent host and very communicative and responsive via text and email. Property has everything you need for a family (we comfortably had 4 adults + 2 kids) and plenty of space. Kids loved the game room and community pool also a big hit.

We had a great stay at this house, owner communication was excellent, would definitely recommend! The kids loved the pool and game room, I think it was the highlight of their whole trip!

Amazing home with all the amenities that we needed for our family. Pool is amazing and the owners were always there with quick responses for any questions we had ! Would recommend this home to anyone and we will certainly be looking for it again on our next trip !
