About this house rental
`Oak Hollow` – 4br/2ba farmhouse on 40 acres with a sauna, pool, rocking chairs, and outdoor games such as cornhole and horseshoes. Large fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, and living space. Enjoy comfortable beds, luxurious linens, Smart TVs, salon-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Same-day bookings.

Nestled on approximately 40 acres, this farmhouse offers amazing privacy and total relaxation! Outside you will find a pool (not heated- no hot tub, Chlorinated), sauna, rocking chairs to sway away in, and outdoor games such as cornhole (a Texas favorite) and Horseshoes! This house offers the perfect place to kick your feet up and relax! Soak up those bright starry nights, `Deep in the Heart of Texas`!
Inside, you`ll find a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a large kitchen, dining area, and family room (Smart TV!) We`ve thought of everything to keep up with our company name, `A Stay Above The Rest`! The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, coffee pot, KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, crockpot, bakeware, pots and pans, cookie sheets, gadgets, and more! Even a pitcher for those sweet tea drinkers! Each bedroom is equipped with an alarm clock/ sound machine (it can be sometimes too quiet around here) complete with USB ports for easy device charging. There is also a desk for those working remotely in the bunk/ game room.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub, shower, toilet closet, and double vanity- plush white towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer all provided. The `Longhorn` bedroom holds a queen-sized bed. The `Oak Tree` room holds a full-sized bed. The bunk room holds a twin over queen bunk bed, Smart TV, and a desk for working remotely. There is then a shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer accessible to our guests and we provide things like dishwasher pods, Tide pods, a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, k-cups, soaps, coffee filters (you bring the grounds), and more!
You will enter through a private gate (open manually - no code needed), then drive a little distance to the home, which is not able to be seen from the road. There is plenty of parking between the garage, parking space/ pad, and under the covered portion of the metal barn/building.
In addition to this amazing house, you get an easy experience from start to finish when you book with us (A Stay Above The Rest). We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!) who regularly get called out by name in our homes` reviews. We are available 24/7 for our guests. There are also no keys- you get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind.
