Between the Marais and Beaubourg area, close to shops and transport, this flat in the heart of Paris is perfect for visiting the city.
Located on the ground floor, this very nice 27 sq. m flat, decorated in a industrial style, is composed of:
- a nice living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, high chair and TV, Wifi.
Please note: this property is located in a lively area with a bar nearby, noise pollution may occur.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

Overall, our experience here was satisfactory, however, the experience could have been better. A few things of note.
No instructions upon arrival except on how to get in the door. We had to turn on power, etc.
Bring your own/buy more shampoo and soap. These items were provided, but only enough for one day per person.
Towels, there was only one set per person (you will have to ask for more or wash (however, you will need to bring your own detergent).
Not enough toilet paper, we needed to purchase more.
Only one dishtowel, needed to buy paper towels.
No wifi. This was listed but missed by me.
No tv. There is one but we couldn't watch.
Not super clean. Hand prints on stove. Dust everywhere. White bathroom door dirty from use and dirty under toilet.
If you need it completely dark to sleep, this place is not for you as there are no window drapes (just frosted windows which allow for the street lights).
Noise...mostly just garbage men early in the am, and note that this property was right on the street (it is noted).
POSITIVES:
Property manager was quick to respond to any questions.
Location, near food, sites and metro.
Fan!
Nice to have: additional outlets strips.
