The apartment is located on the first floor, making it ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for comfort and proximity to the beach. You’re just 400 meters from the sandy beach and the vast ocean, and cozy restaurants are only 200 meters away—perfect for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far.

The heart of the apartment is the open living area with a sofa, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, where you can wind down together at the end of the day. The dining area is integrated right into the space, making it easy to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or a spontaneous card game. The open kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and everything you need in terms of dishes and cutlery is provided.
