Tucked away in a courtyard in the heart of Schleswig’s historic old town, the small carpenter’s house enjoys a quiet yet central location.
The old carpenter’s shop was still in use as a workshop until 2020 and, following a complete renovation, has been transformed into a romantic retreat for tourists.
The vacation rental features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor, complete with a shower room bathed in natural light.
A narrow spiral staircase leads to the upper level of the maisonette apartment, where the bedroom is situated beneath the old beams of the former carpenter’s workshop.
In front of and next to the cottage, you can sit comfortably when the weather is nice. A bike garage is available on the property for bicycles, and a parking space can also be rented. Please inquire in advance, as parking spaces are limited.
From here, you can reach Schleswig Cathedral, the Old Town, and downtown, as well as the Schlei and the historic Holms fishing district, in just a few minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity invite you to feast and enjoy yourself.
