Ruim opgezet, veel privé, uitzicht is fantastisch, Zwembad, BBQ, tuin, parkeerplek etc. Etc.

Schoon maar verouderd, pannen aan vervanging toe, anti aanbaklaag zat vol krassen en waren echt versleten, waterkoker idem, plastic (wijn) glazen, beetje rommelig en van alles bij elkaar verzameld. Wij kregen een kamer met Invalide toilet? Deze was heel oncomfortabel en oud. Het licht in de slaapkamer is a romantisch, felle lampen. In de douche geen plek om iets neer te zetten. Veel dingen zijn makkelijk om een aan te passen. Ik adviseer de eigenaar 2 nachten te verblijven zodat je zelf opmerkt waar het in zit.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti all'Agriturismo Mercurio per un soggiorno in coppia e sono stati giorni di incredibile relax. La struttura è gestita da una famiglia davvero accogliente, disponibile e di una gentilezza rara. L'intero ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli e trasmette una pace assoluta. Fiore all'occhiello: l'area piscina: semplicemente imbattibile, con ampia vista mare! Consigliamo questo posto di vero cuore e, se ne avremo l'opportunità, torneremo sicuramente molto volentieri.

The location and friendlyness of the staff

The room is a bit dark

Quiet location above the region, nice and clean pool with umbrellas and a shower. Fairly well equipped apartment which makes it easy to prepare your own food. Clean bedsheets changed every week (although terrible old pillows). Recycling bins.

Honestly the owners shouldn't be in the hospitality business, they want you to pay money and leave them alone. To all your complaints and needs they had an only answer "not possible". We booked a room on the ground floor based on the pictures in the reservation (with a spacious covered terrace and pool views to allow our kids to move around freely with our supervision) and got an upstairs room with no pool view and no shade on a tiny balcony. We planned to stay for 10 days so it was important for us to be comfortable. The owner said it was not possible to change because the ground floor is reserved to handicapped people coming in 4 days. So we wanted to stay there at least for the first 4 days which was "not possible". So we at least requested an umbrella for the balcony and again that was "not possible". We were basically told "leave if you don't like it but you're not getting any money back, ariverederci" which I found a bit rude. Not a single attempt to come up with a compromise solution or anything. We stayed as we didn't have other option. And guess what - in 4 days a completely fit couple was accommodated in the ground floor flat (probably their friends). So at least we bought an umbrella for the balcony ourselves as well as real glasses because there were only plastic cups in the apartment. Overall the worst hospitality experience we've ever had in Italy. Make sure you check what exactly you're booking here and make sure you don't have any requests and problems.
