Der Balkon und die Lage
Die Einrichtung war schon etwas sehr lieblos. So richtig sauber war es leider auch nicht. Man könnte mit ganz wenig Aufwand sehr viel bewirken.

Sauberes Appartment mit der nötigen Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage, kurzer Weg in die Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u. A. Aldi), kurzer Weg zum Seeufer und Restaurants.
Schlüsselsafe war im Briefkasten zu finden, Erklärung hierzu hätte besser sein können.

Ottimo posizione. Buon prezzo
Non era pulito. Soprattutto il terrazzo era pieno di feci di uccelli. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere che venissero a pulire. Dopo un po’ di scuse sono venuti ma il risultato non era ottimale. Le tapparelle erano piene di piume di uccello. Insomma si sconsiglia nel caso di asma o altre malattie respiratorie.
