Very nice location in quiet neighborhood.
Very low water pressure. Only one heater for the whole house, therefore no privacy in the bedrooms. Doors had to stay open to keep the bedrooms warm. No instructions for remote control for the heater. Kept shutting down the heater until we canceled all the schedules in the remote. Additional thermostat on the wall confusing us even more. Multiple marks on the ceiling from water damage, need new coat of paint.
