Features two generous bedrooms, a large living room, and a lovely big balcony with a small table. Fully stocked kitchen that includes both a washing machine and a dryer. Includes air conditioning in the main living room and one of the bedrooms. Conveniently located close to Super Dumbo and Mercadona supermarkets.
Located in a building without a lift. Not very central and somewhat far from the city center. One bedroom only has a standing fan instead of air conditioning, and the apartment could benefit from better insulation.
