Presentation: The unit was exceptionally clean, tidy, and styled with a modern, welcoming feel. The complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. Staff & Service: The reception and concierge teams are a standout. They were professional, engaging, and very efficient. The ability to store luggage with the concierge before or after check-in was a huge convenience. Location & Safety: The building felt very secure. Its location is ideal, and we had no issues getting meals and drinks delivered quickly right to the door.

Check-in Clarity: Communication prior to arrival was lacking. There were no instructions explaining that reception is located on Level 1, which made finding our way in a bit confusing. Climate Control: The apartment lacks air conditioning. For a two-bedroom unit, providing only one pedestal fan was insufficient for keeping the entire space comfortable. Listing Inaccuracies: The online description needs updating. It listed a balcony (which we did not have) and stated there was no Wi-Fi (which was actually provided). Functional Issues: The wall sockets in the bedrooms do not match the plugs for the provided table lamps or the heated bed sheets. Since no adapters were supplied, we couldn't use these amenities.
