Location was nice - one parking permit allowed for promised parking. We were coming and going each day. During ski season, it would be a good location to PCMR or DV - using public transportation would likely be easy. Or a quick drive. It could also be a walk to Town Lift. Easy access to Main Street.
Comfortable amenities - plenty of stuff in kitchen - basic, but all of our needs were met for cooking basic meals like Pasta, Omlettes, Chicken. Bedroom situation great for family - we have 2kids - twin bedroom was great for them.
There were a few things, such as the shower curtain that really needed to be replaced.
In the summer, it would be nice to have the door open and AC off - when it's cool, but Deer Valley Drive traffic is too loud. While the location is convenient, the back porch view looks at the road.
The property is under contruction - our floor was seemingly complete and nicely updated (hallways etc). The basement was under contsruction and it would have been nice to know this as the washer dryer is down there. It was accessible - but we had no idea about the maze of construction when the elevator door opened we were surprised.

The location was perfect. The size of the unit was great.
The building that the condo is in could use some upgrades. It looks like they are gradually upgrading, as the 1st floor had more modern colors.
