Very quiet and cute guest house. Lots of animals around and sweet black kitty that will greet you. Very affordable, kind family that owns it and worth every penny. Will be staying here again when we visit our friends in Morganton. The owner will send you a number to text or call for questions during your stay and she responds very quickly!

We liked the horses and the comfort it gave us. Host were amazing tentative and decorated great. They made us feel at home. Spacious living room, kitchen & bathroom. Great water pressure, comfortable bed and pull out couch! We will be staying again!! 1000/10 recommend!
Honestly, we didn’t have any dislikes. Everything was great.

Absolutely everything!! Hostess was wonderful. Location on a large horse farm was amazing!! Location was ideal. Would stay again and again
Unable to sleep on pull out sofa bed - thin & springs. Needs a new (cheap even) mattress. Three large couches however did work for the younger girls
