2 bedroom villa Vilamoura near beach

Fabulous location in Vilamoura. Easy access to the N125 and the A22. Only 1/2 hour from Faro airport. So much to see and do in the area. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this for your stay in the Algarve.

Very nice property with excellent hosts. We really enjoyed all the amenities provided by this property. Nice location, close to beach.

Fernando and Tanya and George the dog were very welcoming despite our arrival being delayed until the following day due to a cancelled easyJet flight. The house is spacious and the photos are a true representation of the property. However during our stay things were not as they seemed unfortunately. The electricity supply was unable to cope with a toaster, kettle and a microwave all being used at the same time and we then had to ask the owner to reset the supply from their flat below so that we could make breakfast. Not a great start to the day! The bed was very comfortable with good linen but the en suite shower leaked badly so we had to use the shower in the other bedroom as Fernando did try to repair the leak but to no avail. The balcony from the bedroom is very low but had been raised by plastic netting, as used in gardens, that had perished with the strong sunshine, with a steel wire threaded through and held together with cable ties, but which would not stop an accidental fall or stumble and is a definite health and safety issue. Also neither of the balconies had any bulbs in the lights which was not great. There is no television in the lounge, which was no problem for us, but if four adults were wanting to watch a particular programme together they would need to congregate in one of the bedrooms! Not ideal. The pool was another area of concern as we were at the property for four weeks and the pool was never cleaned and there are no sunbeds or seats around the pool. Fernando seemed unaware of any regular cleaning contract being in place which is quite disturbing considering the risk of infection from bacterial contamination. Tanya is a brilliant housekeeper and a lovely lady who cleaned and looked after us. The house is very clean, the linen and towels are of good quality and there was always lots of hot water. There are however many niggling issues that need to be rectified. By Fernando making some significant investment in the property he could turn this holiday let into a very comfortable space.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour La maison est conforme au descriptif à l’exception de la piscine qui n’est pas très bien placée au milieu du lotissement. Un bémol dû au travaux dans la maison d’en face ce qui a généré beaucoup de bruit Lieux très propres et un hôte très disponible et agréable qui parle un français très correct
