Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    We are a family of five with the youngest being almost 4 and the oldest child being 8 and we had a blast in Bentonville and the house was perfect for our stay. The 8 year old loved having the loft as her private hide out and my boys loved having their own rooms. The house is perfectly equipped and the hosts were quick to respond with all the information we needed for the house and the community. The house is in a perfect location for us to ride our bikes into town and then to drive and access other great areas of the community. We loved our stay, we loved the house and we loved enjoying everything Bentonville had to offer

    We booked the location for our family of 5 for a 17u baseball tournament weekend in the greater Bentonville area. The location was perfect. Centrally located with easy access to downtown Bentonville. The house had all the amenities we needed to have a great experience. Recharging at the end of each day in the Arkansas heat was easy. We would highly recommend this property.
