Stay in Tulum!

Lits et chambres ultra confortables et grands. Communication au top, équipements super, espace agréable, calme et pratique.

La propreté n'était pas top à la cuisine. Terrasse sale due à un gros orage mais laissée tel quel, dommage.Quelques joints à refaire à la salle de bain: inondations après la douche

The apartment was very warm and cozy. The amenities were great, and so was the location. It was quiet, clean and had a beautiful pool. The owner was very helpful in finding the place after we were dropped off in the wrong location. Our stay was fantastic and we can't wait to go there again.

We were a little lost at first because the Google map from booking had the wrong location. But we contacted the property, and they sent us a map for the correct building, which was 2 blocks away. That was the only hiccup.

Stay At Tulum is a fantastic apartment/condo nestled in the beautiful Aldea Zama neighborhood of Tulum. It’s cemeteries right in between Avenida Tulum and the Xona Hotelera, so it’s a perfect location to be in if you’re looking to enjoy what both areas have to offer (zona Hotelera and Tulum Centro). Right down the street is Chadrui, a huge food and retail shopping center that provides every convenience you can think of (which no doubt Americans will enjoy). It’s slightly akin to a “Walmart”, if you will. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with two separate bedrooms, each one having their own respective bathroom. Remodeled, modern, super clean, and tons of space for all your clothes and such. Two balconies as well, though the view is covered by a palapa-like thatch (which is actually okay because it prevents the heat from getting into the apartment when it’s really hot in Mexico). The kitchen is incredibly spacious with plenty of room to cook and a nice, open living room with ole tu of natural light. My interactions with Sid (the owner) and his apartment manager, Rafael, were very nice and they were both very communicative and readily available whenever I communicated with them. We had a wonderful time here and My friends and I agreed that we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Excellent location - 8 minute drive to Zona Hotelera, 5 minute drive to Avenida Tulum (Tulum Centro), and so easy to bike to either location, as well. You won’t be disappointed!

The flat was well located and clean.

It was mentioned 2 bed + sofa bed and it was a regular sofa not that comfy to sleep. In addition I recommend you to take evidence of the deposit you must leave in cash. The person that handles the check in did not fully give us back our deposit. And we did not have any evidences of the amount we leave at the beginning.
