I'm glad this place was available when we needed last minute travel for a funeral. Pictures don't so it justice, it's much more homey and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, which we appreciated. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and there was a dead animal smell between the garage and entry to the house, but it was only in that area, otherwise, no issues, great place.

This property is great, I wished we would have found this place sooner for our trips ton Houston stockshow. Beryl is great to work with. The house is comfortable and emasculate.

This was a cozy home! It was perfect for our stay in Pearland. The accommodations were exactly what we needed for our brief stay. The manager was communicative. We felt right at home!

This property was very clean and organized. It provided all the basics needed and there was great communication with the host, Beryl. We were staying because my daughter and another athlete were competing in a tournament and she even had a special gift for them upon our arrival. I highly recommend this property!
