About this house rental
Welcome to Jacksonville! Bring the whole family, this home can sleep up to 8! Bring your pets too! We do charge a pet fee $$. You will find hard flooring through out and individual mini split ac units in each room to ensure your room is comfortable to your liking. Close to Avondale, 5 points, downtown, orange park. WIFI
The space
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a bonus room with bunk beds.
The master bedroom and living room have large 58in tvs, the remaining bedrooms have 40in tvs. The master bedroom offers the largest room in the house and has a memory foam king bed. The other 2 bedrooms are queens and the bonus room offers 2 twin beds perfect for kids.
There is no cable tv, we only provide wifi. TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ but there is NO CABLE.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly and charge $30 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.
We will invoice you separately for pet and it must be paid prior to arrival.
There is no cable tv, we only provide wifi. TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ but there is NO CABLE.
Our back yard is closed in , and it is secured, however some sections of the fence are older, it is advised that you monitor your pets outside incase they decide to dig a hole or find one.
