Casa Blanca SPV15 is a gorgeous property!! It has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms downstairs & the primary king bedroom upstairs. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom sleeps 1 with a twin bed. There is access to an outside space from the 1st floor where you will find comfortable seating under a shaded area, a landscaped backyard, and outdoor shower to rinse off. Relax around the fire pit and enjoy a cocktail or 2! Inside, at the top of the interior staircase you will find a large open great room with a well appointed kitchen. Prep your catch on the large island with a beautiful waterfall top and a spacious 5 foot long kitchen sink. HUGE picture windows look out over old town beaming natural light into this great space. There is a balcony off of the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy a Port A sunset. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite with walk in shower, large closet, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 street spot in front of the home. Golf carts count as one of the vehicles. - A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Winter Monthly available starting at $2,500 a month.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
