This place did not disappoint. Exactly as described and pictures. Very beautiful location with other neighbors within the culde sac. Everyone was so friendly. Customer service was the best I’ve had in my yearly trips to Gatlinburg. Plenty of space and the amenities are top tier. Definitely a must come again.

The house is just like it was in the picture….very nice. There was enough room for my family (eight people) to be together but have our own areas. The problems we had was there was supposed to be internet and cable TV but there wasn’t. I called and was told their was internet but it would work for maybe 30 seconds and then buffer for five minutes. I had planned to work and the kids had planned on doing some school work….that didn’t happen. If you do not need internet or streaming TV then this is a great place.
