The Highbrook Motel rests on a 3 acre hillside, 1 mile from Downtown Bar Harbor. We are 1 mile from Acadia National Park. You can catch a free seasonal shuttle to town from the motel from June 23rd to Columbus Day. The entire property is smoke-free and pet-free. Amazing stay at Highbrook. Room was exceptionally clean, the staff was so friendly, I loved the mid-century mod feel and how they have kept some of the old touches in the room. Loved the accessibility to the central office with water, soda, coffee, cookies, microwave all the things you need. Would definitely stay again, the local bus stops right at the hotel, we had a wonderful visit to Acadia and Bar Harbor.
